Here's how to do it:

Select your audio source

Click on the Music icon in the toolbar to choose a track from Animoto’s library or upload your own.

Pro Tip

To add a voiceover, click the Voice-over icon.

Trim your audio

Once your audio is added, drag the bumpers in the music timeline to trim your music track to where you want it to start and finish.

Pro Tip

You can also click on the blue music bar to see the pop-up menu and click the scissor icon.

Adjust the volume

To adjust the volume of your music, click on the speaker icon and use the slider to adjust the volume.

Pro Tip

You can also make your track repeat throughout your entire project by clicking the loop icon.

Fine-tune individual block audio

To adjust the volume of your video clip, click on the video block. Select the speaker icon in the pop-up menu and use the slider to adjust the volume.

Pro Tip

If the audio from your video isn't relevant, you can choose to mute it entirely.

Preview and adjust

Use the preview button to listen to your changes. Tweak the levels until everything sounds just right.

Pro Tip

Mute block audio when it's distracting or unnecessary.
