Finding pictures and videos

Save time when looking for the perfect pictures and videos on Facebook. Facebook lets you see all of the interactions you’ve had with another Facebook user with their friendship pages. Here you can easily gather pictures you both are tagged in.

To see the friendship page for you and one of your friends:

  1. Go to your friend’s Timeline
  2. Click the gear menu (next to the Message button)
  3. Select See Friendship from the dropdown

Valentine's Day Video Story Telling

If you still need more pictures, remember that Animoto also has easy export integration with Instagram, Dropbox, Picasa, Flickr, SmugMug and Photobucket. You can also use images from our image and video library.

When thinking about the best photos to use, make sure to get a combination of wide and tight shots. This will create visual interest. Don’t forget to mix in a few video clips to spice things up too.

Get everything in order

Now that you have all of your images and clips collected you can organize them to tell the perfect story. Just like any good book, your video should have a clear beginning, middle and end.

Telling the story of your relationship? Get pictures of the day you met, a video clip of your engagement and your most recent anniversary celebration. Making a Valentine for your kids? Include baby pictures and video clips from their recent violin recital.

Share the love

Next this is to do the modern-day equivalent of shouting it from the rooftops… Post your video on social media! You can easily share your Valentine’s video on Facebook, Twitter and more, right from Animoto.
