The holiday season is about to kick off in earnest with Thanksgiving and the weekend of shopping that follows it. In all likelihood, you’re only going to get busier and busier between now and the end of the year, which makes this the time to create a video for your Black Friday, Small Business Saturday, Cyber Monday, or Giving Tuesday promotion.

Easier said than done? We’re here to help. Our Holiday Promotion storyboard was created to take the legwork out of getting started on your video, which we often find is the toughest part. If you’ve used one of our storyboards before, feel free to skip ahead, but if you haven’t, here’s a little background.

Storyboards are templates that we’ve created for different types of videos that we see our customers creating. You provide the content, and we give you the framework to present it to the world. We should also mention that these storyboards are just starting points, and you can feel free to add, subtract, and modify them as you see fit.

Sound good? Check out the gif below to see where you can find our Holiday Promotion storyboard, along with a host of other storyboards for you to use this holiday season and beyond!

Holiday Storyboards

Whether you use a storyboard or start from scratch, the important thing is that your customers know that your store, website, or organization is the place to be over the post-Thanksgiving shopping rush. Head to our Holiday Playbook for everything you need to get started creating social media video ads to promote your business, including a guide to setting up the Facebook ad itself, which we know can seem daunting.

If, at any point along the way, you need any support or feedback, head over to the Animoto Social Video Marketing Community. We would especially love to see your final videos, and hear about the results of your promotion!

Happy video making!
