About

The course was an interdisciplinary, international, research-intensive class that focused on the history, culture, literature and art of Mexico City. It was taught by a literary scholar (Anadeli Bencomo) and historian/anthropologist (Susan Kellogg), with participation by art historian/archeologist, Rex Koontz, the instructors combine a commitment to interdisciplinary scholarship and years of research experience in Latin America, particularly in Mexico.
