When that happens, customer service wants to hear about! We’re always happy to help.
Visit our HelpDesk
Our helpdesk has an extensive FAQ and a searchable database that can deliver the fastest help when you have a simple question, want to learn to do something new, or need to troubleshoot a problem. If you can’t find what you need, submit a request.
Submit a Request
Submit A Request from the black navigation bar at the top of the helpdesk page. These requests are answered Monday through Friday. If it’s the weekend, we do have limited coverage, but we will respond as soon as we can!
If a weekday has passed and you haven’t heard from us, sign into your Animoto account page and choose Help & Support from the drop down menu. You will see an option that says “Check Your Existing Requests”. Be sure and check, because we may have sent you an email response that was blocked by a spam filter.
Escalating a Help Request
If you haven’t received an answer and have moved through the steps above, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. You will need to include:
- Your name and the email associated with your account
- Your Help Request Ticket Number (found in Existing Requests)
- Any new information that might further explain the initial Help Request
When Animoto Isn’t Working Properly
When there were huge storms on the East Coast in June 2012, Animoto went down along with many other services like Instagram, Pinterest and Netflix. As soon as we knew there was a problem, we posted on our Facebook page. Whenever we have a systemic problem, we will post an update there.
