If you’re like most guests attending a wedding, you’ll be snapping photos and video. Put all that hard work to good use by creating a stunning wedding video slideshow. It’s a unique digital memento of your friend’s big day.
Here are our top three tips for creating a behind-the-scenes wedding video…
1. Capture the “Behind the Scenes” Photos & Videos
The wedding photographer takes care of the traditional photos (i.e. the kiss, the first dance as man and wife). But you have the inside scoop on how much fun you and your friends are having, and those candid moments often make even better pictures than the standard posed ones.

A wedding day is a huge whirlwind for the bride and groom and they miss so much of what’s happening. That’s why you should focus on getting those “behind the scenes” shots of your friends having a blast and sharing “inside” moments about your newlywed friends.
Reaction shots of your friends are always fun. And don’t forget to get some video clips of crazy dancing during the reception and the classic speeches given by friends and family.
2. No Camera? No Problem!

We recently gave tips from pro photographers about capturing great photos with your phone. You’d be surprised how wonderful the video can look as well!
Put your photos through an app like Instagram to make them look even better. Our vintage style also adds a cool effect to your video clips and photos, which results in a surprisingly stylish filtering of your images.

3. Facebook It & Burn It

So many people at the wedding will be posting their smartphone photos on the bride’s Facebook wall over the next few days. Definitely post your video on her wall. You can do so with our iPhone app or on your computer.
And if you want to really give your friends a token of how psyched you are for them, burn it to DVD and send it over to them via snail mail.
