If you refer a friend who purchases an annual Plus subscription, you’ll get 3 free months of Plus and your friend will get a $5 discount off the price of an annual Plus subscription. If your friend purchases an annual Pro subscription, then you’ll both get 1 free month of Pro access.
You can refer Animoto to friends, family and colleagues in a few, easy ways. To get started, login to your Animoto account. Then click “My Account” on the top right corner of your homepage.
On the menu on the left side of the page, click “Referral Status.” This page keeps you updated on number of your referred friends and free months. To refer Animoto, click “tell more friends about Animoto!”
On this page, you’ll see a link that starts with “http://animoto.com/referrals.” This is your referral link. Copy the referral link and click either the Facebook or Twitter “Share” buttons. If you’re not already logged in, Facebook and/or Twitter will prompt you to do so. Paste the link into the box and click “Share.” The third button allows you to bookmark and share Animoto on other sites. Hold your mouse over the third button to select a site to share Animoto with, and then paste the link to the site.
Directly invite friends and colleagues to Animoto by scrolling down and entering your email address, your friends’ email addresses, and a message. Click send.
Go back to “Referral Status” to keep track of your referrals and free months. Keep referring Animoto and watch your benefits grow!
